FTC Investigating Apple Again For Antitrust Issues
Apple is facing antitrust issues again with the FTC leading an investigation to determine whether its mobile advertising policies constitute unfair business practices.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will be reviewing Apple to determine if they are being restrictive to its competitors in the mobile advertising space.
Several companies have claimed that they have been excluded from running advertising on iPhones and other Apple mobile devices. Apple’s mobile ad platform, iAds is on center stage as it will be Apples biggest Ad platform.
This investigation comes right after Apple denies that Adobe can develop flash for Apple because of what Apple says is unstable. Apple has been the center of attention for many of these debates and will continue to as long as they have their foot in the mobile market.
