Skype Completes Acquisition Of Qik

One week after announcing the acquisition of their rival Qik, Skype has released a statement recently that the acquisition is complete. Skype announced on their blog that the shares and funds of Qik and Skype has been completely transferred, making Qik under the ownership of Skype. Skype said, in their blog post, that they’re “very excited about this move” and said that they are working with the Qik team to help them enhance their mobile video products.
